Anna cares about our community. She has passed reforms that make state government more accountable, improve people’s lives, lowers the cost of healthcare, protects personal freedoms and have a meaningful impact our community, including:
- Passing a balanced budget that provides inflation relief for everyone and invests in education, human services, public safety, access to affordable healthcare and other vital services and gets our finances back on track by paying down debt and creating a rainy-day fund;
- Protecting women’s reproductive rights, making Illinois a 100% pro-choice state.
- Sponsoring and passing the Healthcare Reform Act, which bans insurance companies practices that deny access to vital healthcare.
She is running for re-election so she can continue to be the voice of the 43rd District in the Illinois House – and hold violent gun offenders accountable, ensure our neighborhood schools have the resources to thrive and support for our small businesses. We cannot let extremist candidates take a page out of the Trump playbook and reverse the progress that we have made.
